
HOW TO WIN THE $200 CASH PRIZE?
Step 1: Prep
Purchase or join any one of my training programs. This will be your program for the 21-day challenge.
Step 2: Join
Sign-up/purchase your StrongHer TogetHer ticket.
Step 3: Download App
Download the fitness tracking app of your choice (I recommend Trainerize) to log your workouts and nutrition over the course of the challenge.
Step 4: Crush It
Stick to your program and join the StrongHer Community for weekly zoom calls to check-in & stay accountable.
Step 5: Submit
Once the 21-days are over, you will submit your training and nutrition logs.
We will select a $200 winner within 1 week.

You must be doing any of the prenatal or postpartum training programs found on
ENTRANT REQUIREMENTS
All entrants will be required to submit exercise and nutrition logs at the end of each week. Your logs must have a digital timestamp or date of completion. App screenshots are preferred. No excel speadsheets.
It is highly recommended that you participate in the weekly lifestyle challenges. Have a public IG account OR make sure @strongherfitness IG is following you on Instagram. It is recommended that you join the StrongHer Moms Facebook Group.
