Stroller Strong in the Park

Whether you regularly strength training, or are just starting out, Stoller Strong classes provide a personalized approach to total-body strengthening suitable to each stage of pregnancy & postpartum. Each class includes breathwork, pelvic floor & mobility exercises, strength training, and light-intensity cardio (walking/jogging ~1km/class).

All classes are specifically designed to safely strengthen your core muscles while incorporating running drills and total-body conditioning for a healthier, fitter, and more active version of you! Infants can play alongside you or can be incorporated into exercises throughout the class. 

This program is suitable for any point in your prenatal or postpartum journey, but is ideal for those begining activity after delivery (4-12 weeks postpartum), with the minimum requirement of being cleared to exercise by your primary health care provider (~4-6 weeks postpartum). Exercise options will be given for all fitness levels, postpartum stages, and types of delivery (vaginal vs. c-section).

Classes run 2x/week on Monday & Wednesday mornings from 10:30-11:30am.

Classes will be held outdoors. It is recommended that you bring your stroller, rain covers, a set of hand weights (3-10lbs), a towel/yoga mat, a water bottle, and proper running shoes.

Cost: $20/drop-in or $150 for the full session (8 classes)

All classes are held in Gibbon’s Park (2A Grosvenor Street, London, ON).

Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be granted after the session has begun.
  2. A refund may be given prior to the first class. We will credit the card you used to purchase your session online.
  3. If you cannot complete the session after it has begun for any reason, you will not receive a refund, but you may be eligible for a credit that you may apply toward any future class, workshop, or wellness service offered by StrongHer Fitness.  Credits must be requested before the end of the Stroller Fitness session you are registered in.

Make-Up Policy 

If a class needs to be canceled, you will receive a notification on our private Instagram chat no later than 1-hour prior to the beginning of class on the morning of your scheduled class advising you of the cancellation. All class correspondence will be posted in our private Facebook & Instagram chat groups. If a class is canceled due to instructor sickness or a family emergency, a class pass credit of $20 will be issued for future use on any class offered by StrongHer Fitness.

Missed Classes Policy
Due to class capacity & booking schedule, each registrant is ONLY allowed to makeup a maximum of THREE classes before the end of the session/month you are registered in. We appreciate your understanding.

Unused or unattended classes cannot be carried forward to the next session/month.

Enrolment & Class Participant Numbers

StrongHer Fitness reserves the right to cancel a stroller session if the minimum number of participants is not reached in a given session. If this occurs stroller enrollees will be given the option to move to another session, offered a credit or a full refund will be given.  StrongHer Fitness also reserves the right to change instructors as well as times of classes, or locations if deemed necessary due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Note: No classes will run on a scheduled holiday.
