Description

StrongHer Mom & Baby Stroller Fitness sessions include a combination of cardio, interval training, body weight circuits, strength training, diastasic rehab, and connection time for you and your baby. Throughout the program, your fitness level, body and confidence will be transformed! A StrongHer Fitness prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist will guide you through each strength & conditioning session, providing modifications and movement variations for all fitness levels, postpartum stages, and abilities!  

Due to COVID-19, these new guidelines will be followed to ensure the safety of all mothers, infants, and instructors;

  • All classes are capped at 9 women. If a session is sold out, please sign up on the waitlist to be notified of an opening.
  • Social distancing will be practiced throughout class.
  • No equipment sharing (including toys, baby wipes, food, etc.).
  • Infants must remain in the stroller unless being fed, having their diaper changed, or to soothe.
  • Participants are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer to class.
  • COVID-19 Screening Questionnaires are to be filled out before every class.

 

Classes run Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:30am-10:30am (60 mins)*.

*An additional class runs on Wednesday from 10:30am-11:30am for 4-class pass holders only.

Location: Dorchester, ON – meet in Dorchester Community Centre parking lot (arena entrance)
