Friday Stroller Drop-in


We are excited to offer a drop-in Mom & Baby Stroller Fitness class at 9:30am on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month in Gibbon’s Park (splash pad).

The 60-minute class is suitable for any point in your postpartum journey, with the minimum requirement being cleared for exercise (by your obstetrician/midwife/doctor/pelvic floor physiotherapist, typically around 6-12 weeks postpartum). Pregnant persons are also welcome, providing they present a filled-out printed copy of the Get Active Questionnaire for Pregnancy to the instructor at the beginning of class.

Bring a water bottle, yoga mat/towel, stroller, and babies. Light dumbells (5-10lb) are also recommended.

Class Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be given after purchase.
  2. If you cannot complete the class, you will not receive a refund, but you may be eligible for a credit that you may apply toward any future class, workshop, or wellness service offered by StrongHer Fitness.  Credits must be requested before the end of the calendar year.


Note: Any classes that fall on a holiday will be canceled and a make-up class will be held at the end of the session, as organized by the instructor.
