
Stroller Dad Club
StrongHer Stroller Dad Club is a workout for fathers that includes interval cardio, HIIT, strength training, ab circuits & networking time for you and other dads in the area. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist will guide you through each 60-minute class. This program is for all experience and fitness levels.
What to bring: stroller (& baby), water bottle, a set of dumbbells (10 or 15 lbs), and wear athletic attire.
Classes run every Tuesday in September @ 5pm.
Location: Gibbon’s Park, 2A Grosvenor St., London, ON
Fall Session runs September 14 – October 21, 2021 (4 weeks)
Cost: $59+hst
