Whether you regularly strength train, or are just starting out, StrongHer Fitness small group training provides a personalized approach to total-body strengthening suitable to each stage of postpartum. Each class includes mobility work, gymnastics skills, and resistance training with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, bands, sleds, and more!

All classes are specifically designed to safely strengthen your core muscles while incorporating total-body conditioning for a healthier, fitter, and more active version of you! 

This program is suitable for any point in your postpartum journey, with the minimum requirement of being cleared to exercise by your primary health care provider.

Classes run every Thursday night from 7:30-8:30pm at Get Enhanced Inc. (303 Richmond St Unit 101, London, ON)

 

Cost: $20/drop-in or $70 for the month (4 classes @ $18/class) plus hst.

Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be granted after purchase.
  2. Passes expire after the scheduled class date.
  3. If you cannot utilize the passes for any reason, you will not receive a refund, but you may be eligible for a credit that you may apply toward any future class, workshop, or wellness service offered by StrongHer Fitness. Credits must be requested before the end of the session you are registered in.

Make-Up Policy 

If a class needs to be canceled, you will receive a notification on our private Facebook page and the @strongherfitness Instagram page no later than 1 hour prior to the beginning of class on the morning of your scheduled class advising you of the cancellation. All class correspondence will be posted on our private Facebook page OR @strongherfitness on Instagram. If a class is canceled due to instructor sickness, a credit for a future class or service will be offered.

 

Enrolment & Class Participant Numbers

StrongHer Fitness reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not reached on a given date. If this occurs, enrollees will be given the option to move to another program or a full refund will be given.  StrongHer Fitness also reserves the right to change instructors as well as times of classes, or locations if deemed necessary due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Note: no classes will be held on a holiday.
