Whether you regularly strength train, or are just starting out, strongher mama classes provide a personalized approach to total-body strengthening suitable to each stage of pregnancy & postpartum. Each class includes breathwork, posture exercises, mobility work, gymnastics skills, and resistance training.

All classes are specifically designed to safely strengthen your core muscles while incorporating total-body conditioning for a healthier, fitter, and more active version of you! Infants can play alongside you or can be incorporated into exercises throughout the class. 

This program is suitable for any point in your prenatal or postpartum journey, with the minimum requirement of being cleared to exercise by your primary health care provider.

Two weekly class options:

  • Tuesdays at 9:45am
  • Fridays at 9:15am

All classes are held at Adrenaline Training (716 York St., London, ON). You can also purchase class passes here. Special rate for Adrenaline members. Please email info@strongherfitness.ca to inquire.

Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be granted after purchase.
  2. Passes expire after the scheduled class date.
  3. If you cannot utilize the passes for any reason, you will not receive a refund, but you may be eligible for a credit that you may apply toward any future class, workshop, or wellness service offered by StrongHer Fitness.  Credits must be requested before the end of the Stroller Fitness session you are registered in.

Make-Up Policy 

If a class needs to be canceled, you will receive a notification on our private Facebook page and the @strongherfitness Instagram page no later than 1 hour prior to the beginning of class on the morning of your scheduled class advising you of the cancellation. All class correspondence will be posted on our private Facebook page OR @strongherfitness on Instagram. If a class is canceled due to instructor sickness, a credit for a future class or service will be offered.

 

Enrolment & Class Participant Numbers

StrongHer Fitness reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not reached on a given date. If this occurs, enrollees will be given the option to move to another program or a full refund will be given.  StrongHer Fitness also reserves the right to change instructors as well as times of classes, or locations if deemed necessary due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Note: no classes will be held on a holiday.
