We are excited to offer a FREE 45-minute full-body strength & conditioning class this Friday, March 5th at 9am EST led by one of our interns, Sydney!
The class will be held on zoom and will include modifications for pregnant and postpartum women. No equipment will be necessary (dumbbells are optional).
