Refund Policy

1. No refunds will be granted after purchase.
2. Passes expire 30 days after the date of purchase.
3. If you cannot utilize the passes for any reason, you will not receive a refund.

Make-Up Policy 

If a class needs to be canceled for any reason, you will receive a notification on our private Facebook page and the @strongherfitness Instagram page no later than 1 hour prior to the start of your scheduled class advising you of the cancellation. All class correspondence will be posted on our private Facebook page OR @strongherfitness on Instagram. If a class is canceled due to instructor’s sickness, a credit for a future class or service will be offered.

Enrolment & Class Participant Numbers

StrongHer Fitness reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not reached on a given date. If this occurs, enrollees will be given the option to move to another program, class, or future service.  StrongHer Fitness also reserves the right to change instructors as well as times of classes, or locations if deemed necessary due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Note: no classes will be held on a holiday.
