Fit Mom at Home



This total-body strength and conditioning program is perfect for the new mom who is between 3-12 months postpartum and is looking to exercise 2-3x/week in the comfort of their own home with minimal equipment — you only need a yoga mat, broomstick, chair, and a set of light dumbells (or 2 water bottles).

Each workout is 30-40 minutes in length and includes safe modifications and exercise progressions for every postpartum stage and fitness level.

Please consult with your primary health care provider (OBGYN, midwife, physiotherapist, etc.) to ensure you are cleared to resume exercise. It is recommended that you complete the Core Foundations program prior to starting this program.
