Core Foundations Virtual Postpartum Rehab


Whether you are returning to training, or just starting out, our 4-week postpartum program provides a personalized approach to core rehab and strengthening suitable to each individual’s needs. Each class is specifically designed to rebuild core and total body strength that is safe for any and all postpartum stages. Infants can be included in the exercises.

This program is suitable for any point in your postpartum journey, with the minimum requirement of being cleared for exercise (by your obstetrician/midwife/doctor/pelvic floor physiotherapist, typically around 6 weeks postpartum).

Each 4-week session includes:

  • 8 virtual sessions (live via zoom)
  • recordings sent out after (in case you can’t join us live)
  • exercises to rebuild core strength after delivery
  • diastasis rehab
  • c-section scar massage
  • breathwork techniques
  • modifications for all postpartum stages & bodies

Classes run on Monday & Thursday mornings at 8:30am EST.
