Core Foundations Postpartum Ab Rehab (LIVE)


Whether you are returning to training, or just starting out, this 4-week postpartum program provides a personalized approach to core rehab and total-body strengthening suitable to each individual’s needs. Each 60-min class is specifically designed to safely rehab, rebuild, and restrengthen your core, while incorporating complementary glute and total-body exercises for a healthier, fitter, and more active version of you!

Program includes:

  • Core re-strengthening
  • Diastasis rehabilitation
  • Scar mobilization and massage
  • Glute-building exercises
  • Posture correction and stretching
  • Proper breathwork techniques
  • Pelvic floor muscle training
  • Coregeous therapy ball ($30 value)

This program is suitable for any point in your postpartum journey, with the minimum requirement of being cleared for exercise (by your obstetrician/midwife/doctor/pelvic floor physiotherapist, typically around 4-6 weeks postpartum). Infants are welcome to attend sessions.

Classes run on Tuesday & Thursday from 1-2pm EST at Adrenaline Training (716 York St., London, ON) beginning September 20th!
