It is recommended that you are cleared for exercise by your obstetrician/midwife/doctor/pelvic floor physiotherapist (typically around 4-6 weeks postpartum) before starting this training program.

-30-minute light-intensity movement sessions + 10-minute education talks at the beginning of each session

-exercises to rebuild core strength after delivery

-diastasis rehab & c-section scar massage

-breathwork techniques

-modifications for all postpartum stages & bodies

-minimal equipment — you only need a yoga mat, a belt, and a Coregeous® ball.
