Pre-/Post-Natal Aquafit


Enjoy the healing properties of water plus a challenging and refreshing workout with our Pre-/Post-Natal Aquafit class. Benefits include increased energy levels, reduced swelling and improved circulation, improved core strength, reduced lower back pain, and the fun of exercising with other pregnant & postpartum mamas. It truly feels amazing to be “weightless” in the water!

Each Aquafit class includes cardio, strength, core, and stretching, all in a low-impact pool setting.

All fitness levels and trimesters are welcome. This class is wonderful for everyone and will be of special interest for women with pelvic floor discomfort, low back pain, pelvic girdle pain/ pubis symphysis dysfunction (SPD), and joint injuries, with the minimum requirement of being cleared to exercise by your primary health care provider. Due to liability concerns, infants are not permitted in classes.

Pregnant participants: Our online intake form must be completed before your first class.

Classes run every Monday night from 8:30-9:15pm at the Campus Recreation Centre at Western University (1151 Richmond St, London, ON)


Cost: $20/drop-in or $75 for a 4-class flex pass (+hst).

Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be granted after purchase.
  2. Passes expire after the scheduled class date.
  3. If you cannot utilize the passes for any reason, you will not receive a refund, but you may be eligible for a credit that you may apply toward any future class, workshop, or wellness service offered by StrongHer Fitness. Credits must be requested before the end of the session you are registered in.

Make-Up Policy 

If a class needs to be canceled, you will receive a notification on our private Facebook page and the @strongherfitness Instagram page no later than 1 hour prior to the beginning of class on the morning of your scheduled class advising you of the cancellation. All class correspondence will be posted on our private Facebook page OR @strongherfitness on Instagram. If a class is canceled due to instructor sickness, a credit for a future class or service will be offered.


Enrolment & Class Participant Numbers

StrongHer Fitness reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not reached on a given date. If this occurs, enrollees will be given the option to move to another program or a full refund will be given.  StrongHer Fitness also reserves the right to change instructors as well as times of classes, or locations if deemed necessary due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Note: no classes will be held on a holiday.
