Classes run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings;

MW @ 8:00-8:30am EST for PRENATAL women

MW @ 9:00-9:30am EST for POSTPARTUM women

+ BONUS Friday class with various fitness and wellness practitioners!

 

Recommended equipment:

  • yoga mat or towel
  • a pair of 3-10lb dumbells
  • a chair or bench
  • a broomstick
