Stephanie Paplinskie, CSCS, MA

Stephanie Paplinskie is a prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist, strength and conditioning coach, entrepreneur, professor, researcher, and business owner. With over a decade of experience in prenatal and postpartum resistance training, she has worked with thousands of mothers across North America and the world. Stephanie is currently completing her PhD in the Samuel McLaughlin Foundation Exercise and Pregnancy Lab at Western University (London, Canada), where she conducts research investigating the effects of exercise during and after pregnancy and where she is a sessional lecturer in the School of Kinesiology. She also teaches at Fanshawe College, the German Sports University (Cologne, Germany), and the University of Verona (Verona, Italy). Steph is a Rogers television personality (Baby101) and has featured publications in Shape, Strong Fitness Magazine, and Inside Fitness. Additionally, Stephanie owns and operates Precision Pregnancy and StrongHer Fitness — two business dedicated to helping soon-to-be and new moms stay active during and after their pregnancies.

Rebecca Woods, FIS

Rebecca has volunteered alongside Stephanie and the entire Western Exercise and Pregnancy Lab team for three years, and is excited to continue working with a dynamic and motivated group of women at Stroller Fitness. She a Brescia graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition, and currently working towards her Honours Specialization in Psychology. Her ultimate goal is to be an OB/GYN to help guide women in living healthy lives for themselves, their families, and the community.

Mollie Manley

Mollie is a Canfitpro certified group fitness instructor specialist with a passion for women’s health. As a Master’s of Science candidate in the Exercise and Pregnancy lab at Western University, Mollie loves working with both moms and their babies. She’s excited to combine her research interests and passion for fitness teaching Stroller bootcamp.
When Mollie is not in the Exercise and Pregnancy lab, you can find her running outside, cycling, or doing hot yoga. She completed her first half marathon this past September and is looking forward to training for a triathlon this summer. Mollie believes in fitness and healthy living as a way of life and is excited to share her passion to help women reach their fitness goals!
