Meet Your Team
Stephanie Paplinskie, BA, MA, PhD(c), CSCS
Hi amazing, rockstar mama! My name is Steph and I am the founder of StrongHer Fitness! I am a prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist, strength and conditioning coach, entrepreneur, professor, researcher, and business owner with more than a decade of experience in prenatal and postpartum resistance training. I have had the privilege of working with thousands of mothers across North America and around the world and I’m so grateful to have you here.
I’m finishing my Ph.D. in the Samuel McLaughlin Foundation Exercise and Pregnancy Lab at Western University (London, Canada), where my research investigates the effects of exercise during and after pregnancy (and where I am also a sessional lecturer in the School of Kinesiology). I also teach courses at Fanshawe College, the German Sports University (Cologne, Germany), and the University of Verona (Verona, Italy).
Maybe you have seen me as a Rogers television personality (Baby101) or in publications like Shape, Strong Fitness Magazine, and Inside Fitness.
In addition to StrongHer Fitness, I own and operate Precision Pregnancy – a social media business dedicated to helping soon-to-be and new moms get the best scientific information for optimal pregnancies.
Follow along for the most up-to-date info you need to have your healthiest pregnancy!

Hey mamas! A little bit about me. I’ve been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for the past 7 years.
My career stems from my own personal interest in exercise and nutrition and the impact that has on our lives.
After becoming pregnant I quickly became aware of the limited amount of correct information readily available and immediately got pre/postnatal certified in performance training and nutrition.
My goal is to educate and coach you to the best of your abilities throughout your fitness journey and to help you achieve your goals along the way.
