StrongHer Stroller Fitness

StrongHer Stroller Fitness is a full-body workout that include a combination of cardio, interval training, body weight circuits, strength training, core-rehab, and connection time for you and your baby. Each class provides modifications for all fitness levels and progressively builds in intensity over the course of the session. Our goal is to provide you with safe workouts that are fun to do and allow you to connect with our community of driven moms - just like you! Throughout the program, your fitness level, core strength, and confidence will be transformed! With over a decade of experience, our team of prenatal and postpartum fitness specialists have helped thousands of moms across North America reach their fitness goals! This program is for all experience and fitness levels.

A session of StrongHer Stroller Fitness includes:

    • 12 stroller classes (2 classes per week x 60 minutes in length)
    • Custom modifications and options for your individual needs and fitness levels
    • Postpartum Nutrition Guide, Grocery Shopping List, and Recipes
    • 24-hour support from StrongHer Fitness Coaches
    • Access to our private online community Facebook page
    • Online home workouts for the days we don’t have class
    • End-of-Session Social to celebrate all the goals you have reached together!

St Thomas Stroller Session

Location: 1Password Park, Burwell Drive, St Thomas, ON

Wednesday/Friday @ 11am-12pm


Note: Any classes that fall on a holiday will be canceled and a make-up class will be held at the end of the session, as organized by the instructor.

Q: What should I bring to a Stroller Fitness class?

A: Bring a set of hand weights (5-8lbs is ideal), water bottle, snack for after your workout, a yoga mat/towel, and cushioned running shoes. It is encouraged to wear layers – both for you and your baby. Be sure to eat a small breakfast/snack before coming to class.


Q: How much cardio is involved in a Stroller Fitness class?

A typical session will start off with power walking & bodyweight training circuits and will progress to include more jogging, running, and interval training as the weeks go on.  There will also be numerous options provided to make the circuits more or less intense based on your fitness level.


Q: How old does my baby need to be to participate in Stroller Fitness?

It is best if your baby is at least 6-12 weeks old to ensure that he/she has strong enough head and neck control.


Q: Do I need a special type of stroller?

No, most strollers will be fine, as long as baby can be securely locked into the stroller itself.


Q: What happens if a class is cancelled due to weather (outdoor classes)?

A: We will always try to meet for every scheduled outdoor class – rain or shine. It is suggested that you bring your protective weather guard to cover cover your babe’s stroller in on windy or rainy days. If weather is hazardous enough to cause cancellation of a class (i.e. thundershowers/heavy rain, or below zero degree temperatures), a ‘make-up’ class will be organized for the end of the week or at the end of the session. All class cancellations will be posted on the Facebook page.


Q: What should I do in the event I have to breastfeed my baby?

A: Many of my moms feed their baby just before the class starts and/or immediately following. Of course, you are always welcome to feed your baby at any point during the class.

Important Information

Make-Up Policy 

If a class needs to be cancelled, you will receive notification on the Facebook page no later than 1 hour prior to the beginning of class on the morning of your scheduled class advising you of the cancellation. All class correspondence will be posted on our private Facebook page. If a class is cancelled due to weather, a make-up will be offered on the Friday of the week or at the end of the 6-week session.


Class Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be given after the Stroller Fitness session has begun.
  2. A refund may be given prior to the first class beginning, less a 20% service charge.  We will credit the card you used to purchase your session online.
  3. If you cannot complete the class after it has begun for any reason, you will not receive a refund, but you may be eligible for a credit that you may apply toward any future class, workshop, or wellness service offered by StrongHer Fitness.  Credits must be requested before the end of the Stroller Fitness session you are registered in.
