StrongHer Stroller Fitness is a full-body, progressive training program designed for the new mom! Each 75-minute session includes low-moderate intensity cardio, body weight circuits, muscular strength and endurance exercises, diastasis recti rehabilitation, and connection time with a tribe of fierce women. Class sizes are small 12 or under) to ensure everyone receives hands-on coaching and support throughout each session.
