Online Pre-Natal Training

Stay active through every week of pregnancy with StrongHer Fitness’ online prenatal fitness coaching! Our online pre natal coaching packages provide exercise and training support in your pregnancy journey. StrongHer Fitness Online Coaching includes a custom training plan (up to 4 sessions per week), as well as weekly Skype sessions with a StrongHer Fitness Coach. Programming can be easily integrated into your other fitness routine and is suitable for all levels of fitness experience.

Stroller Fitness

StrongHer Stroller Fitness is a full-body, progressive training program designed for the new mom! Each 75-minute session includes low-moderate intensity cardio, body weight circuits, muscular strength and endurance exercises, diastasis recti rehabilitation, and connection time with a tribe of fierce women. Class sizes are small 12 or under to ensure everyone receives hands-on coaching and support throughout each session.

Personal Training

Private or semi-private training options are available in London, ON and the greater Toronto area. This option is ideal for soon-to-be mamas looking for personalized feedback from a pre/post natal certified coach. Each session is 50-minutes in length with multiple package options available. Packages include a complimentary one hour assessment and 24-hour support.
