Stephanie Paplinskie

Stephanie is a prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist, entrepreneur, professor, student, and business owner. With over a decade of experience specializing in resistance training during and after pregnancy, she has worked with thousands of mothers across North America. She holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University, where she is currently completing her PhD in Exercise in Pregnancy and Postpartum Research. Paplinskie also teaches part-time Western University, Fanshawe College, and at the German Sports University in Cologne, Germany. She is a Rogers television personality (Baby101) and has also been featured in magazine like Shape, Strong Fitness Magazine, and Inside Fitness. Stephanie dedicated to helping new and soon-to-be moms get active during and after their pregnancies.

Rebecca Woods

Rebecca has volunteered alongside Stephanie and the entire Western Exercise and Pregnancy Lab team for three years, and is excited to continue working with a dynamic and motivated group of women at Stroller Fitness. She a Brescia graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition, and currently working towards her Honours Specialization in Psychology. Her ultimate goal is to be an OB/GYN to help guide women in living healthy lives for themselves, their families, and the community.

Mollie Manley

Mollie is a Canfitpro certified group fitness instructor specialist with a passion for women’s health. As a Master’s of Science candidate in the Exercise and Pregnancy lab at Western University, Mollie loves working with both moms and their babies. She’s excited to combine her research interests and passion for fitness teaching Stroller bootcamp.
When Mollie is not in the Exercise and Pregnancy lab, you can find her running outside, cycling, or doing hot yoga. She completed her first half marathon this past September and is looking forward to training for a triathlon this summer. Mollie believes in fitness and healthy living as a way of life and is excited to share her passion to help women reach their fitness goals!
